Ho portato un woolrich, mi è tornato con uno strappo di 10cm sul davanti. Quando l’ho fatto notare è partito il solito scarica barile tra la lavanderia e chi effettivamente l’ha lavato. Ovviamente nessuno ricorda nulla…
Morale, oltre il danno la beffa: la loro soluzione per scusarsi dell’accaduto è stata (dopo aver rattoppato il tutto alla bell’e meglio) di offrirmi 50€ di buoni (così posso farmi rompere qualcos’altro) e tenersi loro il piumino. Nemmeno mi hanno rimborsato il costo del “lavaggio”…
Per carità, tutto può succedere, ma il comportamento della titolare è inammissibile.

Se quella lei la chiama una riparazione… ho messo la foto apposta. Il woolrich non era nuovo, di sicuro, ma era pienamente utilizzabile. Ora, nonostante la riparazione, lascio valutare al lettore se non si sentirebbe in imbarazzo ad indossarlo.
La valutazione del perito che abbiamo avallato era per un risarcimento del danno, non per l’acquisto della giacca.
Per l’episodio del “giubbino macchiato di grasso”… beh, mi spiace deluderla, ma non sappiamo nemmeno il numero della lavanderia, in quanto ci ha sempre contattato lei. Probabilmente è un altro cliente affezionato.

If you call that a repair ... I put the photo on purpose. The woolrich wasn't new, for sure, but it was fully usable. Now, despite the repair, I leave it to the reader to assess whether or not they would feel embarrassed to wear it.
The appraiser's assessment that we endorsed was for damages, not for the purchase of the jacket.
