Portato un capo -tempistica x la consegna puntuale- ma solo a casa mi son accorta che il capo era rovinato. Ho segnalato il tutto alla responsabile ma mi è stato detto che il capo era già rovinato. Ho chiesto se vi fosse una qualche forma assicurativa e mi è stato detto di no.
Non ci tornerò.
Unsatisfied.
Brought a timing item for punctual delivery - but only at home did I notice that the garment was ruined. I reported it to the manager but was told that the boss was already ruined. I asked if there was some form of insurance and I was told no.
I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato a pulire un piumino Colmar acquistato in gennaio quindi praticamente nuovo. Al ritiro mi fanno presente che la cerniera si è rotta io protesto mi dicono che la faranno vedere a qualcuno se si può riparare. Dopo alcuni giorni mi chiamano per dirmi che non possono fare niente. Vado a ritirare il capo protestando con la titolare. Ho dovuto far cambiare due cerniere era rotta anche quella di una tasca per una spesa totale di 40 euro,di sicuro non mi vedranno mai più. La titolare è maleducata ed arrogante.
I took to cleaning a Colmar duvet purchased in January so it was practically new. At the retreat they tell me that the hinge has broken I protest they tell me that they will show it to someone if it can be repaired. After a few days they call me to tell me they can't do anything. I'm going to pick up the boss protesting with the owner. I had to change two hinges was also broken that of a pocket for a total expenditure of 40 euros, for sure they will never see me again. The owner is rude and arrogant.
