La mia ragazza ha portato a lavare il suo piumino ed al suo ritiro mentre la signora con aria indifferente compilava la ricevuta, si è accorta che il cursore della cerniera era piegato e lo faceva notare alla stessa. Solo a quel punto la signora riferiva che era accaduto un piccolo incidente con l' asciugatrice e che aveva tentato di raddrizzare con la pinza senza riuscirci. Morale della favola capo danneggiato ma ancor peggio se la mia ragazza non se ne fosse accorta, la signora avrebbe fatto finta di niente. Un'ora dopo quando vado per indossare il parka mi accorgo che il pellicciotto è del tutto bruciato. L'indomani mi reco dalla signora per capire cosa fosse successo, non appena la signora mi vede mi dice subito che il problema è stato il mio parka che secondo il suo parere è "scadente" "queste sono le cose che si acquistano da piazza italia" io resto allibita anche perché nel momento del ritiro non mi aveva nemmeno avvisato dell'accaduto. Morale della favola: la colpa è mia perché acquisto roba scadente e non mi ha nemmeno chiesto scusa per avermi bruciato il pellicciotto. Mai più metterò piede lì dentro, del tutto sconvolta dell'accaduto. Pochissima professionalità e nessuna gentilezza nel trattare il cliente. Totally bad experience.
