Ho portato 4 piumoni e 2 coperte, sono rimaste morbide e soffici come appena comprate.
Buoni i profumatori per vestiti e ambiente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il completo me l'hanno consegnato stropicciato, mi hanno graffettato la camicia bucandola (di solito si mette nell'etichetta). I pantaloni me li hanno persi e restituiti dopo un mese e mezzo, come da foto potete notare che hanno una cosa come TRE pieghe e chiaramente non sono nemmeno stirati... Al recupero di questi ci hanno risposto che avevano detto che ci avevano detto che non erano pronti.. se fosse stato così perché non hanno mai chiamato?! Nemmeno l'umiltà di ammettere di aver sbagliato, l'arroganza di scaricare la responsabilità al cliente dopo aver consegnato un lavoro pessimo.
they gave me the suit crumpled, they stapled my shirt with a hole in it (usually put on the label). They lost them to me and returned them after a month and a half, as in the photo you can see that they have something like THREE folds and clearly they are not even ironed ... they weren't ready .. if that was the case why didn't they ever call ?! Not even the humility to admit you were wrong, the arrogance to pass the responsibility on to the customer after delivering a bad job.

Ho spiegato il problema alla titolare ma non ha voluto riconoscere l'errore fatto.Ho.dovuto cestinare i pantaloni per un totale di 380 euro. Che dire?Una pessima avventura.Da sconsigliare e come ho fatto io non ritornate ci.
I brought three pairs of pants and when I picked them up I noticed that they had shrunk after washing. I explained the problem to the owner but she didn't want to acknowledge the mistake made. I had to trash the pants for a total of 380 euros. What can I say? A bad adventure. Not to be advised and as I did, do not return there.
