★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto portare, per un lavaggio a secco, un mio cappotto invernale impossibile da lavare in lavatrice. Quando sono andata a ritirarlo era tutto coperto con la plastica e una volta portato a casa, il cappotto aveva ancora la macchia di sporco addosso, era cosparso di peluria bianca simile a quella dei peli degli animali e in più avevano attaccato sul mio cappotto con la pinzatrice il numero del ritiro. Ma con quale coraggio si permettono di pinzare i cappotti degli altri?
Pessimo servizio pagato 4,20 euro.
I had to bring my winter coat that was impossible to wash in the washing machine for a dry cleaning. When I went to pick it up it was all covered with plastic and once I brought it home, the coat still had the dirt stain on it, it was covered with white fluff similar to animal hair and plus they had stuck on my coat with the stapler the number of the withdrawal. But with what courage do they allow themselves to pinch the coats of others?
Bad service paid 4.20 euros.
