★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lavanderia automatica self service non molto grande, ma comoda. 2 lavatrici con capienza ci carico da 19kg e 14kg con 4 tipologie di lavaggio (temperatura differente). 3 asciugatrici con un ciclo da 10min interrompibile. Funziona a gettoni che si possono pagare sia in monete che banconote al distributore automatico. Detersivo, ammorbidente e igienizzante compresi nel lavaggio. Informazioni su come si utilizzano le macchine spiegate da appositi cartelli.
Self-service launderette not very large, but convenient. 2 washing machines with 19kg and 14kg load capacities with 4 types of washing (different temperature). 3 dryers with an interruptible 10min cycle. It works with tokens that can be paid in both coins and banknotes at the vending machine. Detergent, softener and sanitizer included in the wash. Information on how to use the machines explained by special signs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usufruisco della lavanderia in Sacro Cuore da anni e devo dire che per quanto riguarda l'asciugatura sono davvero soddisfatta. Ho provato anche altre lavanderie ma questa è il top. Avrei una cosa dire però riguardo alla pulizia del ambiente. Va bene la parte a carico del cliente e li lascio all'educazione di ogni uno, ma va detto che per terra e tra le lavatrici è inguardabile. Chiedo gentilmente al proprietario di provvedere a una pulizia più frequente. Grazie
I have been using the laundry room in Sacro Cuore for years and I must say that I am really satisfied with the drying. I have also tried other laundries but this is the top. However, I have one thing to say about the cleanliness of the environment. The part charged to the customer is fine and I leave them to the education of each one, but it must be said that on the ground and between the washing machines it is unwatchable. I kindly ask the owner to provide for more frequent cleaning. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se avete necessità di una lavanderia affidabile sceglietene un altra. La gettoniera della lavatrice più a destra è malfunzionante ma non da un segnale di allarme. Io ci sono andato una volta e così un cliente del luogo mi ha riferito . Per fortuna non ho dovuto attendere il propietario x il cambio dei gettoni in quanto sempre il cliente ha accettato di darmi i 10
euro in cambio visto che lui li utilizza.in poche parole il servizio clienti lo fanno i clienti...
If you need a reliable laundry, choose another one. The coin mechanism of the washing machine furthest to the right is malfunctioning but not giving an alarm signal. I went there once and so a local customer told me. Luckily I didn't have to wait for the owner to change the tokens as the customer always agreed to give me the 10
euros in exchange since he uses them. in a nutshell customer service is done by customers ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pavimento sporchissimo: l'ho sfiorato con il lenzuolo appena lavato e asciugato e me lo sono ritrovato nero buttando via il lavoro fatto!
Viene intimato, giustamente di pulire i filtri delle asciugatrici dopo l'uso, però bisognerebbe mettere a disposizione almeno dei fazzolettini di carta per farlo.

It is rightly ordered to clean the filters of the dryers after use, but at least some paper tissues should be made available to do so.
