Sono un cliente ormai da un paio d'anni e mi sono sempre trovato bene sia come qualita' del servizio,sia per la gestione professionale da parte dei proprietari,sempre disponibili anche telefonicamente se necessario. Ormai e' una decina d'anni che lavo e asciugo self-service,lavapiu' Nembro assolutamente top!? Neat and clean laundry. C	Couloulou Ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 23 gennaio ho avuto uno scontro verbale con uno dei titolari che mi aveva precedentemente chiesto un'opinione sulla pulizia della lavanderia (ne ho dedotto che abbia riconosciuto la mia precedente valutazione negativa). Domenica 21 gennaio ho assistito ad una telefonata di un'altra cliente che si lamentava per lo sporco sul pavimento e x una lavatrice nel cui cestello vi erano bucce d'arancia. Quindi la "sfigata" , come definita da questo gentiluomo, non sono solo io...infatti parlando con altre "vecchie "clienti l'opinione è unanime.Dal cambio gestione il peggioramento è stato evidente. Con poco tatto e poca oculatezza il gentleman mi ha detto che mangia anche senza i miei soldi;e anche io asciugo altrove allora. Poi è sceso sul personale e ha insinuato che forse neanche la mia casa è così pulita?. Infine mi ha definito leonessa da tastiera ??. Then he went down to the staff and insinuated that maybe my house isn't that clean either?. Finally she called me a keyboard lioness ??. Regards

Per quanto riguarda pelucchi o il fazzoletto (quest’ultimo immagino e spero dimenticato in buona fede da qualcuno che ha usufruito della macchinetta del caffe’) purtroppo ce ne scusiamo, ma la presenza costante di personale per controllare la lavanderia snaturerebbe il senso di una lavanderia self service. Confidiamo sull’educazione e sulla collaborazione dei nostri clienti che spesso, come nel suo caso, ci avvisano quando c’e’ qualche anomalia nel servizio in modo da poter intervenire. Le condizioni di pulizia sono precarie: oltre a sporcizia sul pavimento (pelucchi e un'etichetta)rilevo un fazzoletto usato presente sul banco sopra il calorifero (c'era già prima dell'apertura in quanto visibile dalla vetrina), inoltre macchie di caffè sia sul pavimento che sul muro. La pulizia è ottima e spesso c'è anche il personale per l'assistenza disposto a darti suggerimenti. Clean rooms, personally I go for the duvets. There are two large washing machines, three regular and four large dryers. Cleanliness is great and there is often a service staff willing to give you suggestions.
