Optimal price-quality ratio. After days my duvet still smells. The machinery is new and the products used are really good. You can enjoy a quiet atmosphere, I also go there to rest. I recommend it, especially for those who work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rapporto con la clientela pessimo, stamattina verso le 10 mia moglie ha messo una coperta in una delle macchine e dopo aver messo il denaro nella gettoniera la lavatrice non è partita per un guasto peraltro non segnalato nessun cartello sulla stessa, l'oblò non si è aperto in nessun modo. È stato contattato il gestore per telefono che ha detto che non poteva venire perché era impegnato e che avrebbe mandato un'altra persona, dopo quasi un'ora, chiamato di nuovo il gestore, perché non si era presentato nessuno, questi ha detto che non era riuscito a contattare la persona e che avrebbe ritentato di nuovo a chiamarlo. Alla fine dopo una ventina di minuti ha chiamato mia moglie dicendo che alla fine sarebbe passato più tardi e che avrebbe messo lui a lavare la coperta e che lei poteva andare a casa che poi lui alla fine l'avrebbe chiamata per il ritiro della coperta. Appena arrivata a casa mia moglie è stata contattata dalla persona della lavanderia che le ha detto che aveva messo a lavare la coperta e che mia moglie doveva ritornare subito in lavanderia perché lui aveva da fare e non poteva trattenersi.
Visto come si è comportato il gestore nei riguardi di un cliente in difficoltà con la macchina guasta, sconsiglio vivamente questa lavanderia, visto che A San Giorgio a Cremano ce ne sono altre, la prossima volta andremo sicuramente in una di queste.
Bad relationship with customers, this morning around 10 my wife put a blanket in one of the machines and after putting the money in the coin mechanism the washing machine did not leave due to a fault, however, no sign was reported on it, the door did not open in any way. The manager was contacted by phone who said he couldn't come because he was busy and that he would send another person, after almost an hour, called the manager again, because no one showed up, he said he didn't he had managed to contact the person and would try again to call him. Finally after about twenty minutes he called my wife saying that he would eventually come later and that he would put him to wash the blanket and that she could go home that he would eventually call her to pick up the blanket. As soon as she got home, my wife was contacted by the laundry person who told her that he had put the blanket to wash and that my wife had to go back to the laundry immediately because he was busy and couldn't help himself.
Given how the manager behaved towards a customer in difficulty with a broken machine, I strongly advise against this laundry, since there are others in San Giorgio a Cremano, next time we will definitely go to one of these.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo.....per igiene, per mancanza di personale, per affollamento di persone addossate l'una all'altra, per mancanza di igiene, di tovaglie per la sanificazione della struttura. Sconsiglio vivamente....non avevo 0 stelle da mettere altrimenti con piacere l'avrei data.
Bad ..... for hygiene, for lack of staff, for crowding of people leaning against each other, for lack of hygiene, of tablecloths for sanitizing the structure. I strongly advise against .... I did not have 0 stars to put otherwise with pleasure I would have given it.
