It is not at all clear from the instructions that the card has a cost of € 10 (to be lost). Poor service, not recommended. I will absolutely not go back

Recentemente hanno anche aumentato i prezzi Poor service the owner is never there and it is rude and unavailable, the washing machines are often unlocked and cold washed. They have also recently increased prices

La card costa 10 euro e NON C'È SCRITTO DA NESSUNA PARTE! prezzi altissimi, lavatrici non funzionanti o piene con roba di altri! NON ANDATE ASSOLUTAMENTE! STATE ALLA LARGA! Bad service, owner even more! Rude, aggressive and very rude! The card costs 10 euros and THERE IS NO WRITING ANYWHERE! sky-high prices, washing machines not working or full with other people's stuff! DO NOT GO ABSOLUTELY! STAY AWAY!

D	Danielle Robinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were able to do multiple loads of laundry here quickly. The soap is dispensed in the washer. Only downside is it is hard to find and there wasn’t anyone onsite to help.

There was an issue with the electricity and my washing cicle was interrupted halfway through the process. It was a Saturday, so I called the manager and he offered me to leave the wet clothes in the washer over the weekend and I could have come back on Monday... that was not an option for me because I was leaving on Monday morning. I had to go through a seriously rude interaction with this man over the phone until he finally agreed to send someone to fix the issue. A few hours later someone came to fix the power, and I managed to wash the clothes... Then, I put them in the dryer and inserted the coins... the machine showed up ZERO BALANCE... ok, here we go again. What was happening? I looked around, trying to read the instructions but nothing told me what the problem could be. So, I called the man again. Boy, did I make a mistake! That was probably the RUDEST phone call I had in a LONG time. He was good enough to make sure that one way or another I could wash my clothes, but this damn laundry turned into a whole adventure!!! I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 only out of respect for the fact that one way or another we got these clothes washed.

A	Alfredo Delgado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient and fast. Tucked away behind a parking area it is adjacent to a B&B. 3 washers 2 dryers. The wash comes with soap and about 30 min wash time. 15 min to dry. May take a little longer. Overall not bad. Be sure and take change. There is no change made. You can get a prepaid card for 10 euros. That just buys you the card. So you put in 20 euros and you get 10 in credit. All that to say just take enough change and it's all good.
