Dirty filters .no detergent .and the only existing one the stain remover does not go down. So 2 euro lost. 7 euro machine broken for the time of use. Excellent place but not working well almost abandoned

Alla consegna del materiale non mi è stata comunicata neanche un ipotesi del prezzo finale e quando sono tornato a ritirare hanno sparato un prezzo esorbitante, stupendosi poi alla richiesta di scontrino/fattura sostenendo che loro non fanno scontrini. Disonesti!
Rude staff trying to rip you off.
Upon delivery of the material, I was not even informed of a hypothesis of the final price and when I returned to collect they fired an exorbitant price, then amazed at the receipt / invoice request claiming that they do not make receipts. Dishonest!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the washing machine is mentioned that one wash will cost 5 euro, but if you throw in the coins the machine takes in all the coins but doesn’t count them all. So, in the end you have paid 8 euro instead of 5 euro. When you try to call the phone number of the self service laundry, a computer answers and the call is cancelled automatically.
