★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per fortuna i macchinari sono autonomi e funzionano da soli perchè affidarsi alla presunta competenza dei titolari vuol dire, nel 99% dei casi, rischiare di rovinare gli indumenti. Ho portato 4 cappelli ed un paio di scarpe presso la sede di Casarano e mi sono stati consegnati 15 giorni dopo completamente deformati e inutilizzabili. Successivamente, dopo alcuni tentativi a vuoto tramite chiamate e whatsapp, sono riuscito a contattare il titolare e a raccontargli quanto successo. Quest'ultimo dopo essersi svincolato ripetutamente da ogni responsabilità ha preso nuovamente in carico i cappelli nel tentativo di sistemarli. Purtroppo il risultato è peggiorato ulteriormente.
La cosa che mi fa più rabbia è la mancanza di attenzione e di professionalità nei confronti di un cliente danneggiato dalla loro superficialità e dalla loro incapacità.
Cari miei titolari, professionalità vuol dire assumersi delle responsabilità, vuol dire mettere il cliente davanti a qualsiasi problema, vuol dire cercare di risolvere le questioni con umiltà e gentilezza e non con arroganza e presunzione.

Dear my owners, professionalism means taking on responsibilities, it means putting the customer in front of any problem, it means trying to resolve the issues with humility and kindness and not with arrogance and presumption.

Ho affidato a loro il lavaggio del mio vestito da sposo e come per magia la mia camicia è sparita nel nulla (camicia diplomatica con un certo valore economico/affettivo). Ma oltre al danno la beffa, perché al momento della consegna dei capi, per la fretta l’incaricata dimentica di contarli e rilasciarmi la ricevuta! Quindi ora non posso neanche dimostrare di averla consegnata e dunque la mia parola contro la sua... e ciao camicia!
