It is a dirty environment, covid time there must be dusty newspapers and dust everywhere, there is not even hand sanitizer, there should be more cleaning, I never go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trovo molto bene, lavatrici capienti e asciugatrice efficaci; il profumo utilizzato con l'ammorbidente è estremamente piacevole rispetto ad altre lavanderie. Il risultato del lavaggio é soddisfacente. lo utilizzo questa lavanderia principalmente per piumoni nei cambi invernale estivo non metto le 5 Stelle perché i proprietari della lavanderia dovrebbero curare maggiormente la pulizia dell'ambiente.
I find myself very well, efficient washers and dryer; the perfume used with the softener is extremely pleasant compared to other laundries. The washing result is satisfactory. I use this laundry mainly for duvets in winter changes I don't wear the 5 Stars because the laundry owners should take care of cleaning the environment more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un po' piccola però i prezzi sono inferiori della media. Facile da usare perché ogni lavatrice/asciugatrice ha la sua macchinetta per introdurre le monete. È presente anche una macchinetta per il cambio da contanti in monete.
A bit small however the prices are below average. Easy to use because each washer / dryer has its own machine for introducing coins. There is also a machine for changing from cash to coins.

Update: The host at my hotel called to explain what happened, and the manager was very quick to reply and return the money with an apology note. I'm sad I could not do laundry that night, but I'm happy with the customer service.
