★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recently travelling in Milan from Australia. As i do not speak or read any Italian doing basic things like Laundry can be stressful. I had a issue with change i called number on wall and Owner/Manager arrived within minutes to assist i went for a short walk and was followed by a man and felt uncomfortable so returned to Laundry and Owner/Manager stayed at and around premises until i was finished and also called a Taxi and made sure i was safe. My partner would also like to say a big thanks as he was not feeling well and I insisted i would be OK. Thanks Again would recommend this clean business to anyone Kind regards Louise from Oz

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, usually someone in the back office to help if you're having trouble (speak languages other than Italian, too!). Instructions on the walls all in common European languages. It's also warm, and has vending machines if you want to stay until your clothes are cleaned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading the reviews came by taxi with big bag for laundry. Initially was skeptical after seeing everything in Italian. But the owner/manger went through them in English over phone. Bring coins to get detergent. He was kind enough to call for taxi to return. Definitely worth the taxi ride and Recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very clean, the place where soap is inserted is dirty sn I could even find some hairs inside the washing machines. Dryers after spending a lot of money leave humidity in the clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the cleanest self service laundries I've seen in the EU. The owner is super nice and very helpful, speaks multiple languages. Definitely recommend if you're a traveler looking to do your laundry and read a book.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this place by chance because it was the only one open until very late. The owner is incredible! The place is clean, orderly and well stocked. The machines left my clothes smelling super clean and with very little money I was able to clean everything. Super safe also for a solo woman doing laundry in Milano. He also waited for me to finish (who does that, really). Self service cleaning supplies and even drinks and snacks. Wonderful! ?
