Ho portato un mio abito la cui giacca aveva una piega al bavero e me lo hanno restituito oltre che con la stessa piega anche con altre in aggiunta. Quando gliel'ho riportata facendoglielo notare si son limitati a togliere le pieghe fatte da loro lasciando la prima. Conclusione: mi son procurato un ferro da stiro (ero in vacanza) e il bavero l'ho sistemato io.
I put a star because less is not possible. I brought a suit of mine whose jacket had a fold in the collar and they returned it to me as well as with the same fold also with others in addition. When I brought it back to him and pointed it out, they just removed the folds made by them, leaving the first one. Conclusion: I got myself an iron (I was on vacation) and I fixed the collar myself.
