CONGRATULATIONS TO THE MANAGER ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND FRIENDLY I WERE VERY WELL FOUNDED BY THE FIRST TIME THAT I ENTERED ... VERY PROFESSIONAL .... THEN YOU CAN LEAVE THE ITEMS IN FREE HOUSING AS YOU DO NOT HAVE THE WINTER ITEMS YOU ARE HAVING SPACE AT HOME SEEN THE SMALL HOUSES AND FULL OF THINGS THAT I HAVE THE SERVICE IT IS VERY USEFUL.

Esperienza super negativa e amareggiante. Ho portato un completo i primi giorni di Ottobre e mi è stato consegnato i primi di Dicembre(sollecitando diverse volte con chiamate, messaggi su whatsapp e sms), perdendo anche la camicia. Il pantalone è stato scambiato con un altro cliente. Assolutamente un’esperienza da non ripetere per la poca professionalità. Infine ciliegina sulla torta pagamento anticipato rimanendo letteralmente FREGATA. La mia domanda è questa: come si fa ad avere un’attività e gestirla in questo modo? Il rapporto e il rispetto con il cliente dov’è? Racchiudo il tutto con una parola PENA.

Super bad and bitter experience. I brought a suit in the first days of October and it was delivered to me in early December (prompting several times with calls, messages on whatsapp and sms), even losing my shirt. The trousers have been exchanged with another customer. Absolutely an experience not to be repeated due to the lack of professionalism. Finally icing on the cake prepayment by being literally FRIED. My question is this: how do you have a business and manage it in this way? Where is the relationship and respect with the customer? I enclose it all with a word PENALTY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place. I had been charged more then 30 eur for basic water loundry. Time of collecting had been postponed 3 times. When i finally said I want my things back at once I got it wet and part of it unwashed at all. Also some underwears had been missing. Shaming business!!!
