Portai in questa lavanderia due paia di scarpe per una pulizia approfondita delle stesse. La titolare mi riferì che le avrebbe inviate in laboratorio per vedere se potevano essere pulite e quanto sarebbe venuto a fare il servizio. tutto questo nel giro di 24h. dopo 1 settimana esatta non si era ancora fatto vivo nessuno. mi reco io nuovamente alla lavanderia. Della titolare nemmeno l'ombra. LAscio nuovamente i miei riferimenti. Passano ancora altri 10 giorni e nessumo mi chiama. Rivado io nuovamente e finalmente ritrovo la titolare. Che dice che aspetta solo il mio via libera, senza informarmi con precisione nè del prezzo nè e se verranno ben pulite (smacchiate ) le scarpe. Passano ancora altri 10 giorni e finalmente mi chiamano per informarmi che le scarpe sono pronte. Un paio di timberland ed un paio di UGG. Le timberland le hanno completamente rovinate e macchiate indelebilmente peggio di prima. Le ugg idem. Scambiato completamente ed in toto il colore ed alla fine le 2 macchie che volevo eliminare sono ancora lì. Alla fne mi hanno anche rubato 35€ per avermi rovinato le scarpe. NON ANDATE!! LAVORANO MALE, SONO DISONESTI, LENTI, NEGLIGENTI!!!

I took two pairs of shoes to this laundry room for a thorough cleaning. The owner told me that she would send them to the laboratory to see if they could be clean and how much the service would come. all this within 24 hours. after exactly 1 week no one had shown up yet. I go to the laundry again. Not even the shadow of the owner. I release my references again. Another 10 days pass and nobody calls me. I rivado again and finally I find the owner. Who says that he is just waiting for my go-ahead, without informing me precisely about the price or whether the shoes will be well cleaned (stained). Another 10 days pass and finally they call me to inform me that the shoes are ready. A couple of timberlands and a couple of UGGs. Timberlands have completely ruined and indelibly stained them worse than before. The ugg ditto. Completely and completely exchanged the color and in the end the 2 spots that I wanted to eliminate are still there. In the end they also stole € 35 for ruining my shoes. DO NOT GO !! THEY WORK WRONG, THEY ARE DISHONEST, SLOW, NEGLIGENT !!!
