★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima pessima lavanderia, portato un vestito a lavare e stirare dopo due giorni ci chiamano per dirci che il vestito era rovinato con un ferro non professionale dando la colpa a noi dicendoci che il vestito era già rovinato.
Preciso che lo stesso vestito era stato portato a lavare( sempre da loro) per una comunione rompendomi i bottoni della giacca ovviamente negando anche quello. Ora mi trovo un vestito da buttare poiché è stato lucidato, almeno mi aspettavo delle scuse invece la signora non è stata assolutamente disponibile a chiarire la situazione.
Sconsiglio vivamente
Bad bad laundry, brought a dress to wash and iron after two days they call us to tell us that the dress was damaged with an unprofessional iron blaming us by telling us that the dress was already ruined.
I specify that the same dress had been brought to wash (always by them) for a communion by breaking the buttons of my jacket obviously denying that too. Now I find myself a dress to throw away since it has been polished, at least I expected an apology but the lady was absolutely not available to clarify the situation.
I strongly advise against
