Ho portato un giaccone vintage a lavare (lavaggio a secco) e dopo 3 settimane mi è tornato esattamente identico, (interno con le stesse macchie e nessun profumo/odore di pulito). Lo riporto facendole notare che non era stato lavato (anche perche avevo pinzato un pezzo di carta che è rimasto identico) e dopo 15 giorni mi ritorna, finalmente pulito. Purtroppo però questa volta mi è stato reso il cappotto senza due bottoni. Quelli originali spariti, e per "mettere la pezza" mi sono stati messi 2 bottoni in plastica di cui uno bianco erotto, entrambi cuciti malamente. Tutto questo senza avermi detto niente. Non so se questo lavoro sia stato fatto dalla signora, oppure dalla ditta esterna alla quale lei si affida, ma credo comunque che sia giusto e professionale essere attenti ai capi altrui, controllando minuziosamente i capi quando si spediscono, e soprattutto quando ritornano. Ed essere quanto meno sinceri se rompi qualcosa. Mai più.
I've never done a bad review but sadly this time I'm not happy at all. I took a vintage jacket to wash (dry clean) and after 3 weeks it came back exactly the same, (inside with the same stains and no scent / clean smell). I bring it back by pointing out that it had not been washed (also because I had stapled a piece of paper that remained identical) and after 15 days it comes back to me, finally clean. Unfortunately, this time the coat without two buttons was returned to me. The original ones have disappeared, and to "put the patch" I have been put on 2 plastic buttons, one of which is white erupted, both sewn badly. All this without telling me anything. I don't know if this work was done by the lady, or by the external company she relies on, but I still believe that it is right and professional to be attentive to the garments of others, carefully checking the garments when they are sent, and above all when they return. And at least be honest if you break something. Never again.
