★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno rovinato un impermeabile, lavandolo a secco e togliendo l'impermeabilità, oltretutto scolorendolo. Dopo averglielo fatto notare mi hanno proposto una passat di spray impermeabilizzante ed un "forse si doveva lavare ad acqua"...forse dovreste saperlo voi...considerando il prezzo la professionalità non è adeguata
They ruined a raincoat by dry cleaning it and removing the waterproofness, plus discolouring it. After having pointed this out to him, they offered me a pass of waterproofing spray and a "maybe you should have washed it with water" ... maybe you should know ... considering the price the professionalism is not adequate
