★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci volevano 45 giorni per lavare un vestito che è tornato rovinato. Ho chiesto prima che facessero attenzione alla chiusura molto pregiata chiedendo se doveva essere tolto o coperta. Mi aveva assicurata che la signora che puliva era professionista. Non soltanto non hanno chiesto scusa e cercato di ridimiare la situazione, la proprietaria mi ha offesa e cercato di strappare il vestito!!!
