★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno rovinato un capo nuovo: l'ho portato con una macchia d'olio che è stata eliminata. In compenso sono comparsi tre segni grigiastri (secondo me dovuti ad una stiratura maldestra) che non c'erano prima e che non sono riusciti a rimuovere neanche con successivi lavaggi.
Alle mie rimostranze hanno insinuato la mia malafede, sostenendo che i segni fossero già presenti in precedenza, nonostante la mia famiglia sia cliente da anni.
Pessimo servizio e ancor peggiore l'attenzione alla clientela.
Non ci andrò mai più
They ruined a new garment: I brought it with an oil stain that was eliminated. On the other hand, three grayish signs appeared (in my opinion due to a clumsy ironing) which were not there before and which they were unable to remove even with subsequent washes.
My complaints were insinuated by my bad faith, claiming that the signs were already present before, even though my family has been a customer for years.
Bad service and even worse attention to customers.
I will never go there again
