Dato a lavare un coprimaterasso con due macchie di camomilla e ritirato sempre con le due macchie di camomilla alla modica cifra di 20 euro. Prices too high for the service offered. Quando l'ho fatto notare mi hanno risposto che loro non si prendono la responsabilità delle cerniere e basta. Poco affidabili. Una cerniera si può rompere ma mancarne solo la metà..... non ci sono parole. P.s. la dipendente comunque cordiale mi ha segnalato che mi poteva rimettere una nuova cerniera se l'avessi portata. La prima lo scorso anno, quando non si sapeva che fine avesse fatto la mia trapunta matrimoniale, che poi finalmente settimane dopo alla data stabilita è saltata fuori. La seconda (la peggiore) la scorsa settimana, quando sono andata a ritirare due tappeti formato 200x140 più o meno E mettendoli di nuovo al loro posto mi sono accorta che erano ritirati di almeno una decina di centimetri per parte. Non mi hanno proposto niente, ne un rimborso spese, ne un buono da usare! Oltre tutto devo ricomprare due tappeti! Continuano a dire che l'azienda che lava i tappeti è molto seria e competente!
