★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piumino Samsoe pagato 500 euro da buttare. Inbottitura interna completamente appallottolata. Risposta: "I piumini sintetici fanno sempre cosí!! La prossima volta lo devi comprare con la piuma d´oca!!".
Alla richiesta di rimborso si sono rifiutate anche di chiamare in causa l´assicurazione asserendo che il lavaggio è stato eseguito in accordo a quanto indicato sull´etichetta e che la perizia sarebbe stata a mie spese!!! ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO!!
Samsoe down jacket paid 500 euros to throw away. Internal padding completely rolled up. Answer: "Synthetic duvets always do this !! Next time you have to buy them with goose down !!".
At the request for reimbursement they also refused to call into question the insurance claiming that the washing was carried out in accordance with what is indicated on the label and that the appraisal would have been at my expense !!! ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED !!
