Ho portato una giacca e due pantaloni ad inizio settimana, chiedendo la gentilezza di farmeli avere per il fine settimana; lo staff mi garantisce, che per il venerdì pomeriggio sarebbe stato tutto pronto; morale della favola, il sabato mattina, la giacca ancora non era pronta e per lo più mi viene detto, che l’hanno dovuta rilavare, perché puzzava! Non hanno avuto nemmeno un pizzico di umiltà nel dire le cose come stavano.... non ci andrò mai più!
Bad experience! I brought a jacket and two trousers earlier in the week, asking for the kindness of letting me have them for the weekend; the staff assures me that everything would be ready for Friday afternoon; moral of the story, on Saturday morning, the jacket was still not ready and for the most part I am told, that they had to wash it again, because it stank! They did not even have a hint of humility in saying things as they were .... I will never go there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo sono peggiorati imprecisione nella consegna si rischia di tornare più volte sono molto arroganti l'ultimo capo mi è stato consegnato in brutte condizioni trovano assolutamente normale che i capi non sono pronti e che la gente smarrita torni più e più volte sono delusa non credo di farvi ritorno
Unfortunately, inaccuracies in the delivery have worsened there is a risk of returning several times they are very arrogant the last garment was delivered to me in bad conditions they find it absolutely normal that the garments are not ready and that lost people come back over and over again I am disappointed I don't think I am return there
