D	Debra Jordan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are on vacation in Pompeii, and researched a laundromat in the area. We arrived 7:50p with laundry hours open until 8:30. There were 7-8 people blocking the door, no one in the crowd spoke English. Through various communication the owner would not allow us to enter, stating there was not enough time. We explained that we only wanted wash, however said no not time. These folks are rude, and lack customer service skills. Rating = 0
A	André Stöcker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is kinda self-service even though you can also drop your clothes to get to cleaned. As we didn't really know about the service we did it ourselves. The lady helped us with setting up the machines and was very kind and friendly.

Today I learned why - the woman who worked the early shift when we arrived to do our laundry today was totally professional and everything we could hope for. After moving our things to the dryers, we zipped out for a quick bite to eat. Upon our return, the second shift had arrived and her demeanor was totally opposite from the first. She was unprofessional, kept going outside to sit and smoke (sometimes leaving the door open so AC escaped and cigarette smoke came in), spent most of her time on her phone- sometimes playing loud music, and was quite unfriendly Also, the photos make it look as though there’s a place to sit - there isn’t. Large bags of laundry cover all the chairs and spill onto the floor. The equipment all worked well and everything was clean. If you get the first woman, you’ll be happy. If not...
K	Kim Long on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there this morning and dropped one small bag of clothing to be washed, dried and folded so I thought. I was charged 12 euros. The attendant made a great attempt with English. This afternoon when I returned for pickup, I was given my clothes unfolded crammed down into the bag rumpled up. I didn’t bring this way dirty as I had individually rolled up each item. The new attendant made no attempt to communicate except tell me I would have to pay .50 euros for a new bag! This is utterly horrible for 12 euros. Do business somewhere else. I’m sure this is why they demand payment up front.
A	Angela Gasperson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience here today! The attendant was super sweet & did her best to communicate to me (who speaks english) without showing any frustration. She said I could drop off my clothes for wash & dry with detergent & softner for only 9 Euros and it would be done in 2 hours. I came back at almost 2 hours exactly and it was already done, folded & ready to go. If I was staying here longer, I would definitely use this business again!

There was two workers there, one was speaking with a woman, the other was just sitting down, neither made an attempt to even acknowledge us, after 10 minutes we noticed that they were just chatting, we were in a hurry and they just completely ignored us, so incredibly rude, we got up to try figure it out ourselves but couldn't understand, we tried making it clear we needed assistance and they still ignored us, we got up to leave then and they just continued chatting without saying a word to us. Dont have time to waste with ignorant people like this.
m	mag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful, friendly staff. As soon as I entered the lady showed me where to put my washing. I told her i didnt want all my clothes in the tumble dryer so she explained that it was €5 to just wash my clothes and I could come back in one hour to sort out what ones I wanted dried. When I came back, sorted out my washing and gave her the pile to be dried she explained it would be €4 for 24minutes. €9 total for my clothes washed and dried and smelling fresh, excellent! I asked if she could call me a taxi and she said the guys working there would bring us home to our hotel, no charge! You can't ask for better service than that. I did of course give him some money as I thought it was very kind of him. Highly recommend these when in Pompeii. ??
D	D Hui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ donno y it took much longer time to dry clothes at this laundry, and both rounds the drying machine door was opened by the staff. Self-help for your own laundry, staff not speaking much English.
