Da cliente sono rimasta basita e scettica per il commento perché sono sempre rimasta soddisfatta dal servizio offerto, non solo per i prodotti di eccezionale qualità, ma anche per la disponibilità della commessa che si prende cura dei capi senza costi aggiuntivi. È risaputo che qualsiasi lavatrice, seppure industriale, non debba essere eccessivamente caricata o riempita di panni troppo usati, se si vuole ottenere un buon risultato. E se l'esperienza del signore è stata quella indicata si potrebbe facilmente pensare che, effettivamente, la sua condizione fosse inadatta per un servizio idoneo. Aggiungo che il personale è estremamente disponibile da provvedere al rimborso dell'importo qualora ci siano problemi con i macchinari, pertanto trovo quanto affermato alquanto inverosimile. Per conto mio posso solo dire che questa lavanderia offre un ottimo servizio.
 I was writing my review when I read that of mr. Virgil. As a customer I was thrilled and skeptical about the comment because I was always satisfied with the service offered, not only for the products of exceptional quality, but also for the availability of the order that takes care of the garments at no additional cost. It is well known that any washing machine, even if industrial, should not be excessively loaded or filled with overused cloths, if a good result is to be obtained. And if the experience of the gentleman was that indicated, one could easily think that his condition was indeed unsuitable for a suitable service. I would add that the staff is extremely helpful in providing for the reimbursement of the amount if there are problems with the machinery, therefore I find what was stated somewhat improbable. For my part I can only say that this laundry offers excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las lavadoras y las secadoras funcionan muy bien. Para mi como extranjero ha sido un poco difícil con la metoda de pago. Aún que tienen y cartel en inglés... en la puerta ponen él cartel de Wi-Fi, pero la contraseña no está en ningún sitio.
Washers and dryers work very well. For me as a foreigner it has been a bit difficult with the payment method. Even they have a sign in English ... on the door they put the Wi-Fi sign, but the password is not anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel complesso lavanderia molto completa, pulita e fornita. Non molto affollata di solito e quasi sempre disponibile una lavatrice o asciugatrice fin da subito anche se non grandissima. Il servizio è eccellente ed i costi pressoché nella norma.
Overall very complete laundry, clean and stocked. Not very crowded usually and almost always a washing machine or dryer available right away even if not very large. The service is excellent and the costs are more or less normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful. Left a bag of washing, came back 2 hours later, all washed, dried and folded for €8.50. Spoke enough English to understand each other. They have a cash machine for change, or you can just pay the attendant directly
