★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato a fare lavare una blusa che ho acquistato senza notare che aveva delle macchiette come di "unto" sopra. Ho fatto dunque il tentativo, giusto per provare, per vedere se facendola lavare a secco sarebbero andate via, ma senza ovviamente pretendere la buona riuscita della cosa.
Una volta andata a ritirarla, mi è stato detto che era andato tutto a buon fine, ma in realtà le stesse identiche macchie sono rimaste.
Ovviamente non avrei fatto storie se mi fosse stata detta la verità, e avrei comunque pagato il servizio, naturalmente.
Questa mancanza di onestà, o forse di attenzione, non mi è piaciuta, e a mio avviso non è stata indice di professionalità.
I took a blouse to wash that I bought without noticing that it had spots like "grease" on it. So I made the attempt, just to try, to see if dry cleaning it would go away, but obviously without expecting the success of the thing.
Once I went to collect it, I was told that everything was fine, but in reality the exact same stains remained.
Of course I wouldn't have made a fuss if I had been told the truth, and I would have paid the service anyway, of course.
I did not like this lack of honesty, or perhaps attention, and in my opinion it was not an indication of professionalism.
