★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo che la lavanderia sia ben strutturata, trovo, a mio avviso la comunicazione sui costi non di facile comprensione. Dalla esperienza che ho avuto il personale, a mio avviso, mi risulta un po' invadente.
I think the laundry is well structured, I find, in my opinion, the communication on costs not easy to understand. From the experience I have had the staff, in my opinion, it seems a little intrusive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le proprietarie sono due grandissime maleducate.sono andata a lavare i panni tranquillamente.la macchinetta purtroppo mi ha rubato i soldi. l ho detto a loro e invece di rispondere gentilmente si sono permesse di dire che i soldi li non li avevo messi.la signora che ha la tintoria lì dentro ha visto che li mettevo e ha detto che non aveva visto niente.invece di chiedere scusa e di risolvere il problema si sono permesse di urlare e di insultare.che schifo e che ignoranti che sono!non ci metterò mai più piede!!
The owners are two very big rude. I went to wash clothes quietly. Unfortunately, the machine stole my money. I told them and instead of responding politely they took the liberty of saying that I hadn't put the money in there. The lady who has the dry cleaner in there saw that I was wearing it and said she hadn't seen anything instead of apologizing. and to solve the problem they allowed themselves to scream and insult. how disgusting and ignorant they are! I will never set foot again !!
