★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8 euro per lavare un piumone, 10 minuti di lavaggio con acqua fredda. La lavatrice si è bloccata due volte per mancanza flusso acqua. Chiamando il numero di telefono per assistenza, nessun risposta. Dopo 50 minuti si sono degnati di intervenire. Mai più!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima e ultima volta che vengo. Lavatrici che si bloccano e dopo la chiamata vengono i tecnici dopo ben 45 minuti, vengono riattivate ma il lavaggio dura solo 15 minuti per un piumone senza nemmeno il detersivo con una modica cifra di 8€. Senza parole!!!.
First and last time I come. Washing machines that stop and after the call the technicians come after 45 minutes, they are reactivated but the washing lasts only 15 minutes for a duvet without even detergent with a modest sum of 8 €. Without words!!!.

Stamattina invece sono stata costretta ad andarmene grazie alla mala organizzazione della signora che si occupa della pulizia del locale. Lasciandomi di lato e dando priorità ad altri forse amici suoi, visto che sapeva tutto di tutti. Dopo aver atteso X 35minuti e vedere che altri passavano davanti a me. Me ne sono andata. Non penso metterò più piede li. Prendere persone competenti.
