★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo lo sconsiglio vivamente,scortesi,arroganti e non sanno neanche fare il loro lavoro.....dopo aver danneggiato un capo negano l evidenza,porti la roba sporca e te la ritornano uguale,sinceramente neanche più dinanzi ci passerei....evitateli!!!!!!
Bad I strongly advise against it, impolite, arrogant and do not even know how to do their job ..... after having damaged a garment they deny the evidence, bring the dirty stuff and you return it the same, frankly even before we pass .... avoid them !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C' e' una signora mora molto gentile ma la collega (che non parla italiano) e' maleducata. Capo restituito non lavato, era palese, semplicemente hanno apposto un etichetta gialla e alla mia richiesta di chiarimenti ( visto che l' ho pagato!) Si e' limitata a sbofonchiare che non.sapeva....
There is a very kind brunette lady but the colleague (who does not speak Italian) is rude. Head returned unwashed, it was obvious, they simply affixed a yellow label to my request for clarification (since I paid for it!) It was limited to nudging that I didn't know ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come lavaggio mi sembra discreto, il costo è molto contenuto ma anche qui il pagamento viene effettuato prima. Se poi rovinano qualcosa, voglio vedere se ti restituiscono il denaro e per finire, a mio avviso, possono togliere il "Cuce" che risulta fatto da persone che è meglio facciano un altro mestiere.......
As a washing it seems discreet, the cost is very low but even here the payment is made earlier. And if they ruin something, I want to see if they give you back the money and finally, in my opinion, they can remove the "Sew" which is done by people who are better off doing another job .......

Items returned with still creases, lint, and stains as before washing, provided that this has been done. Advance payment request in my opinion should not be required. Disappointed
