★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se si devono portare capi "normalmente sporchi" e non di buonissima qualità, il servizio che viene dato rientra nella media ma se si deve andare oltre, come nel mio caso, una giacca sporca che avrebbe dovuto essere lavata per far sparire delle macchie o se si deve portare qualcosa d'importante, beh, questo negozio LO SCONSIGLIO CALDAMENTE. Mi ha restituito il capo ancora sporco adducendo che si sarebbe dovuto lavare con acqua fredda e che per poterlo fare avrebbero dovuto ricevere il mio benestare. Peccato che non me lo abbiano riferito e che alla fine mi sono dovuto riprendere la giacca ancora con delle macchie. SERIETA' E PROFESSIONALITA', queste sconosciute.
If you have to bring "normally dirty" and not very good quality clothes, the service that is given is within the average but if you have to go further, as in my case, a dirty jacket that should have been washed to get rid of the stains or if you have to bring something important, well, this shop I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND IT. He returned the garment to me still dirty on the grounds that it should have been washed with cold water and that in order to do so they should have received my approval. Too bad they didn't tell me and that in the end I had to take my jacket back with some stains. SERIOUSNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM, these unknowns.
