I bought a 2.0 tbz Saab 900 engine, the purchase was quick, with paypal, and the shipping was very fast.
I was contacted by phone prior to shipping, where a member of their staff made sure the order requested was correct and I carefully checked that the part was compatible with my needs. Precise, organized, kind and quick! Very good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto un favore ad un amico procurandogli un pezzo per la sua auto, personale preparato, mi hanno messaggiato il giorno seguente che potevo passare per il ritiro, dopo una lunga attesa ho ritirato il pezzo. Mi ha colpito una scritta di cui aggiungo foto, secondo cui non è possibile ricevere soldi indietro se il pezzo non va bene, ma prendere qualche altra cosa in cambio!!!
Io mi chiedo, se compro un pezzo che non va bene per quale motivo non posso tornarlo e avere i soldi indietro??? Mica è un pantalone o un paio di scarpe!!! Potrebbe andar bene per un meccanico, ma io che lo sono??? Avevo pensato in concerto col mio amico di prendere all'occorrenza uno sterzo di auto e montarlo sulla bicicletta del figlio ?
I did a favor to a friend by getting him a part for his car, trained staff, they texted me the following day that I could go to the collection, after a long wait I collected the part. I was struck by a writing of which I add photos, according to which it is not possible to receive money back if the piece does not fit, but to take something else in return !!!
I wonder, if I buy a piece that doesn't fit why I can't return it and get my money back ??? It's not a pair of trousers or shoes !!! It might be fine for a mechanic, but who am I ??? I had thought in concert with my friend of taking a car steering wheel if necessary and mounting it on the son's bicycle ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho comprato un motore che mi era stato garantito avesse 80.000km. Ma una volta montato dopo soli 1500km si rompe. Una volta smontato per vedere il danno ( valvola rotta ) il motore all'interno si presentava sporchissimo con albero a camme, albero motore, bronzine usurati di brutto e inoltre era rotto anche la corsia in plastica della catena di distribuzione. Evidentemente era un motore che aveva fatto molti km in più. Quando li ho chiamati ..... l'unica cosa che potevano fare, secondo una grandissima serietà e onestà...... era uno misero sconto di 50€ per l'acquisto di un altro loro affidabilissimo motore usato. Complimenti!
I bought an engine that was guaranteed to me to have 80,000km. But once mounted after only 1500km it breaks. Once disassembled to see the damage (broken valve) the engine inside was very dirty with the camshaft, crankshaft, bushings badly worn and also the plastic lane of the timing chain was broken. Evidently it was an engine that had done many more miles. When I called them ..... the only thing they could do, according to a great seriousness and honesty ... was a measly 50 € discount for the purchase of another very reliable used engine of theirs. Well done!
