★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È già la seconda volta che ci rechiamo in questa struttura, restandone sempre piacevolmente colpiti per comfort, pulizia e posizione. Le stanze sono tutte curate nei minimi dettagli. Laura la proprietaria, una persona semplicemente squisita, ti fa sentire come a casa. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
It is already the second time that we go to this structure, always being pleasantly surprised by its comfort, cleanliness and location. The rooms are all treated in detail. Laura the owner, a simply exquisite person, makes you feel at home. We will definitely be back.

La signora Laura e la figlia Josephine sono state gentilissime e a me ha portato molta Fortuna perché è stata la prima notte con il mio attuale Fidanzato. Chissà che non porti fortuna anche a voi, sicuramente vi troverete benissimo. ?
It was an unforgettable night in this beautiful structure, clean, equipped with every comfort, romantic, warm and welcoming. Mrs. Laura and her daughter Josephine were very kind and brought me a lot of luck because it was the first night with my current boyfriend. Who knows that it will not bring luck to you too, surely you will have a great time. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laura, il suo bassotto e tutta la sua famiglia sono super gentili e disponibili, ti fanno sentire a casa. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli e oltre. Appena entri in camera si percepisci una pulizia estrema con un profumo inspigabile. Fornita di tutto, tv, aria, riscaldamento, macchina del caffè, mini frigo, kit bagno, phon, ragazzi tutto, non manca davvero nulla! A disposizione, inoltre, bici, compresa nel prezzo, sala fumatori, libri per adulti e bambini e un immensa terrazza con sdrai e tavolini. Si può volere di più??? Pozione ottima, tranquilla e in centro. In gestione familiare hanno anche in ristorante "spaghetti house" e il bar in spiaggia "al faro", provateli!! Il dispiacere di lasciare Grado, una chicca pazzesca, ma il maggior dispiacere di lasciare una struttura del genere con delle persone deliziose, felici, simpatiche, non basterebbero gli aggettivi. Se dovessi tornare, non cercherò nulla, ad occhi chiusi, sempre li.❤
Laura, her dachshund and all her family are super nice and helpful, they make you feel at home. Everything is studied in detail and beyond. As soon as you enter the room you will perceive an extreme cleanliness with an inescapable scent. Equipped with everything, TV, air, heating, coffee machine, mini fridge, bathroom kit, hairdryer, guys everything, nothing is really missing! Also available are bikes, included in the price, smoking room, books for adults and children and a huge terrace with deck chairs and tables. Could you want more ??? Great potion, quiet and downtown. In family management they also have in the restaurant "spaghetti house" and the beach bar "al faro", try them !! The regret of leaving Grado, a crazy gem, but the greater regret of leaving such a structure with delightful, happy, nice people, adjectives would not be enough. If I return, I will not look for anything, with my eyes closed, always there. ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Romantisch aber sehr funktionell eingerichtetes Zimmer. Jeden Morgen wurden frische Croissants gebracht. Espresso Maschine im Zimmer. Räder zum Ausborgen sehr gut gewartet und preislich voll ok. Dachterrasse ein Hit!
Romantic but very functional room. Fresh croissants were brought every morning. Espresso machine in the room. Bikes for borrowing are very well maintained and the price is ok. Roof terrace a hit!
