★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono affidato alla dottoressa per un percorso di psicoterapia in un periodo particolarmente stressante e difficile della mia vita. Quando sono arrivato nel suo studio non sapevo neanche cosa significasse rivolgersi ad uno psicoterapeuta, ma ho sentito subito la sua accoglienza, la gentilezza e il sapermi ascoltare. Con lei ho imparato a conoscere le mie emozioni e i segnali che mi dà il mio corpo, ad essere più consapevole e sereno. Non finirò mai di ringraziarla e di ringraziarmi per aver avuto il coraggio di chiedere un aiuto e di scegliere la dottoressa!!
 I entrusted myself to the doctor for a psychotherapy course in a particularly stressful and difficult period of my life. When I arrived in his office, I didn't even know what it meant to turn to a psychotherapist, but I immediately felt his welcome, kindness and knowing how to listen to me. With her I learned to know my emotions and the signals that my body gives me, to be more aware and serene. I will never stop thanking her and thanking me for having had the courage to ask for help and to choose the doctor !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La dottoressa mi ha aiutato in un momento particolare in cui lo stress, l'ansia mi facevano vivere la quotidianità con paura e pesantezza. Ho imparato a conoscermi, a sentire le mie emozioni e conoscerle anche nel mio corpo. Attraverso le tecniche che utilizza la dottoressa, la sua empatia e accoglienza ho imparato a sentirmi e lasciar andare ciò che mi appesantiva. Spesso si arriva a chiedere aiuto ad uno psicoterapeuta quando si sta davvero male, invece è un viaggio di scoperta che consiglio a tutti!
The doctor helped me in a particular moment in which stress, anxiety made me live my daily life with fear and heaviness. I learned to know myself, to feel my emotions and to know them also in my body. Through the techniques that the doctor uses, her empathy and acceptance, I learned to feel myself and let go of what weighed me down. Often you get to ask a psychotherapist for help when you are really sick, instead it is a journey of discovery that I recommend to everyone!
