★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effetuato 18 sessioni di Neurofeedback Dinamico con la Dottoressa Laura Porta. È stata una bella esperienza. Si personalizzano le sessioni secondo i nostri bisogni.
Dopo alcune sessioni, ho smesso di fare incubi relativi al lavoro. Ero veramente stressata. Piano piano, ho avuto un sonno più riparatore e profondo.
Sono molto meno stressata dopo queste sessioni nell'ambiente lavorativo e anche nella vita in generale.
Ho ottenuto anche dei buoni risultati per l'apprendimento delle lingue e al lavoro.
Sono anche venuta per l'ezcema che ho dalla mia nascita, che ho ancora, ma meno frequentemente e meno sul corpo.
Ho ritrovato la mia energia di vita e mi sono aperta molto di più alla gente.

 I carried out 18 sessions of Dynamic Neurofeedback with Doctor Laura Porta. It was a nice experience. The sessions are customized according to our needs.
After a few sessions, I stopped having work related nightmares. I was really stressed out. Slowly, I had a more restorative and deeper sleep.
I am much less stressed after these sessions in the workplace and also in life in general.
I also got good results for language learning and at work.
I also came for the ezcema that I have since my birth, which I still have, but less frequently and less on the body.
I regained my life energy and opened up much more to people.
