★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovato benissimo. Ho lavato anche un vestito da sposa oltre a giacche, cappotti da donna, piumini e altre cose delicate come un completo da uomo di lana fredda. Tutto perfetto compresa la sparizione delle macchie su un abito di 32 anni riutilizzato ultimamente dal quale i vecchi metodi di lavaggio non avevano portato via dei residui di sudore 25 anni fa.
I had a great time. I also washed a wedding dress as well as jackets, women's coats, down jackets and other delicate things like a cold wool men's suit. Everything perfect including the disappearance of the stains on a 32-year-old dress recently reused from which the old washing methods had not taken away sweat residues 25 years ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il titolare al telefono ti dice che lava anche biancheria intima e ti da pure il prezzo, lavata e stirata, poi quando ti presenti la rifiuta adducendo scuse poco credibili. Pur essendo la sola pecca per quanto mi riguarda non è cosa da poco.
The owner on the phone tells you that he also washes underwear and even gives you the price, washed and ironed, then when you show up he refuses it, citing unlikely excuses. Although it is the only flaw as far as I am concerned it is not a trivial matter.
