Diffidate dalle imitazioni che trovate nei supermercati: non centrano niente! Comprate il Branzi fresco o stagionato, il formai de mut, lo strachitunt, le bese o il fiurit. Non ve ne pentirete. All'interno si possono degustare taglieri e bere dell'ottimo vino e birra artigianale. Nel week end a pranzo funziona anche la cucina. Va alla cassa prende soldi, da resto e poi vi serve il formaggio. Risponde che non li mette perché si igenizza le mani dopo aver fatto cassa. Ritengo davvero inaccettabile questo comportamento e le giustificazioni. It will also be a place of good cheeses but hygiene is really unacceptable considering the times of the pandemic.
