Il negozio è piccolo ma pulitissimo, merce di prima qualità, formaggi artigianali e d'obbligo l'assaggio, solo che non è una scaglia, è un tocco di pecorino, impegnativo, pastoso, riempie la bocca e il sapore delle erbe del luogo si sentono, a parte che l'aria di Minervino non sa cos'è lo smog.
