Non sa come utilizzare il programma dell'agenzia e va nel panico dopo poco, facendo aspettare la gente fuori e non rispondendo al telefono. Ad un certo punto ci ha anche detto onestamente di farcelo da noi il viaggio perché lei non sapeva come fare. Inoltre ci ha fatto perdere due giorni per prenotare perché ci aveva detto di poter utilizzare un buono poi e invece non sapeva come fare oppure ha visto che non ci avrebbe guadagnato e allora ha messo la sua incompetenza di mezzo dicendoci che non si poteva fare nel giro di poco tempo. Imbarazzante, siamo andati in un'atra agenzia e ovviamente hanno preso il buono. Fate lo stesso, non servitevi da loro!!!!!!!!! Hi, the young lady can't do her job.
