A mia moglie incinta, le hanno prescritto delle analisi del sangue urgenti quindi prenotare al telefono impossibile e ci hanno detto di andare direttamente in ospedale a digiuno,all entrata tante di quelle storie da farti perdere la pazienza,poi ci dicono pure che "LE DONNE IN STATO DI GRAVIDANZA NON HANNO LA PRECEDENZA!?! E ci hanno fatto fare più di mezz'ora di coda...Non avete idea di come ci siamo sentiti...dopo le analisi sempre mia moglie incinta doveva fare una visita diabetologica con appuntamento, andiamo di corsa e ci dicono di aspettare... dopo mezz'ora chiedo se ci vuole ancora tanto visto che mia moglie era a digiuno dalla sera prima ed e pure incinta ed un infermiera ci dice che non lo sa, perché la dottoressa non era ancora arrivata e non sa dirci quanto tempo c'è ancora da aspettare.... avvisare o dirci qualcosa niente ... menefreghismo totale, accoglienza zero,no comment...MAI PIÙ ALL'OSPEDALE DI LANZO!!! TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT !!! Nel male, abbiamo comunque trovato degli angeli. Sono stata ricoverata una settimana nel reparto Medicina coordinato dal Dott. Novelli che mi ha letteralmente salvato la vita, grazie alla sua professionalità, serietà, pignoleria, veramente grande merito con l'aiuto del personale veramente qualificato, sensibile, umano, mi hanno aiutato a superare un momento molto difficile, grazie oss ed infermieri. Anche il dott. Dassetto pneumologo di Lanzo molto professionale, esperto preciso mi sta aiutando nel mio percorso di guarigione grazie. s	simona giachello carera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ piccolo ospedale, da me utilizzato solo per prestazioni ambulatoriali. all'ingresso, coda e triage lento. in corridoio, attesa lunga e senza sufficienti posti a sedere (accompagnavo persona anziana e con disabilità motoria...). toilette piccola e sporca. in ambulatorio, personale sgarbato e poco professionale. unico punto positivo il bar, carino, ben fornito e gestito da personale gentile. io sono una fan della sanità pubblica, ma esperienze come questa ti fanno passare ogni entusiasmo... small hospital, used by me only for outpatient services. at the entrance, queue and slow triage. in the corridor, long waiting and without enough seats (I was accompanying an elderly person with a motor disability ...). small and dirty toilet. in the clinic, rude and unprofessional staff. the only positive point is the bar, nice, well stocked and managed by friendly staff. Mi dispiace per l'operatrice che all'ingresso mi ha controllato la temperatura, molto gentile nei confronti degli utenti, ma per il resto del personale lo sportello si merita ben meno che una stella di valutazione: sono stata trattata come se fossi un'aliena solo per avere delle pratiche burocratiche diverse dall'ordinario da eseguire. La signora bionda con gli occhiali neri ha ben pensato di accanirsi con la sottoscritta piuttosto che fornire il servizio informativo per il quale è pagata dalla comunità stessa attraverso i contributi versati, offendendosi senza ragione quando ho cercato di farle capire quale fosse il mio status e quali fossero i SERVIZI di cui avessi bisogno. Non riesco a spiegarmi per quale motivo ci siano persone che lavorano al pubblico in un posto statale, se non sono in grado di comportarsi in modo gentile con l'utenza, e non vedo perché da cittadina onesta non abbia il diritto di essere trattata in modo cordiale, visto e considerato che i soldi che pago allo stato italiano intendono anche far si che a cambio io possa ricevere un'assistenza adeguata. Ieri per ben 2 volte al telefono con lo stesso medico e una volta di persona dove ho avuto il piacere di essere assistito da due medici giovanissimi ma molto capaci, preparati, gentili e competenti . E' un vero peccato che questo ospedale non sia utilizzato e valorizzato in pieno e che stia letteralmente andando alla deriva considerando la vastità del territorio che copre.
