Ho fornito tutta la documentazione richiesta con dispendio di tempo e denaro,per non arrivare mai a concretizzare un rogito. Mancava sempre qualcosa.
Ho coinvolto il mio geometra,e alla fine non sapeva neanche più lui cos'altro richiedessero.
Vista la situazione, d'accordo con la mia acquirente, abbiamo contattato un altro notaio che in soli 5 giorni, RIPETO 5 GIORNI,ci ha comunicato una data per il rogito che abbiamo felicemente concluso.
Mi dispiace fare recensioni negative,ma nel nostro caso c'è stata poca professionalità e mancanza di rispetto.

I have provided all the required documentation with a waste of time and money, to never get to finalize a deed. Something was always missing.
I got my surveyor involved, and in the end he didn't even know what else they wanted.
Given the situation, in agreement with my buyer, we contacted another notary who in just 5 days, I REPEAT 5 DAYS, communicated a date for the deed that we have happily concluded.
Sorry to give bad reviews, but in our case there was little professionalism and disrespect.

Auf Empfehlung des Immobilienmaklers habe ich das Notariat beauftragt den Kaufvertrag vorzubereiten. Abgesehen davon, dass dieser Vertragsentwurf grob fehlerhaft war, wird auf Anfragen nicht geantwortet. Unter Dienstleistung verstehe ich etwas anderes! Keine Kommunikation und Unprofessionell. So etwas ist einfach nur Arrogant! Nachdem der Vertrag abgeschlossen ist, wurden mir keine Unterlagen und keine Rechnung für die Vorauszahlung ausgehändigt. Ich werde dort keine Geschäfte mehr machen.
Real estate purchase
On the recommendation of the real estate agent, I commissioned the notary to prepare the purchase contract. Apart from the fact that this draft contract was grossly flawed, inquiries are not answered. I understand something else by service! No communication and unprofessional. Something like that is just arrogant! After the contract was concluded, I was not given any documents and no invoice for the prepayment. I won't do business there anymore.
