Oggi, dopo 25 anni anni l'ho riassaggiata e mi sono commosso, è stato come assaporare "la madeline de proust": Non solo ha conservato lo stesso sapore, la stessa essenza, ma al primo morso sono tornato indietro nel passato, a quando ero piccolo e dicevo a mio nonna "nonnina mi andrebbe una cartucciata di lanzafame per favore" con gli occhioni innocenti spalancati, e lei facendosi una risata mi rispondeva "cettu a nonna, ci stai ennu". Vi ringrazio. THE PROUST CARTRIDGE I just say this: I was 7 when my grandmother went to buy me the cartridge from Lanzafame. Today, after 25 years, I tasted it again and I was moved, it was like savoring "la madeline de proust": Not only did it retain the same flavor, the same essence, but at the first bite I went back to the past, to when I was little and I said to my grandmother "Granny I would like a cartridge of lanzafame please" with my innocent eyes wide open, and she, laughing, replied "cettu a grandmother, you are ennu". Ma ne vale la pena, da assaggiare assolutamente le Iris fritte al cioccolato e ricotta. Typical bar, a bit difficult to reach on foot, it takes about 7/8 minutes to walk from the ursino castle. But the fried irises with chocolate and ricotta are absolutely worth it.

La tavola calda di qualità accettabile. All'interno nessuno tra i numerosi clienti, ne tanto meno gli addetti all'attività, indossavano le mascherine anti Covid obbligatorie. They told me well about the quality of the irises, but after trying them with the family we threw them away because the chocolate cream was sour. The diner of acceptable quality. Inside, none of the numerous customers, much less the employees of the activity, wore the obligatory anti Covid masks.
