★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO!!! Servizio scadente, poca serietà e personale incompetente. Zero professionalità e organizzazione. Esperienza negativissima! Lo sconsiglio! Per di più con prezzi più alti di altri negozi con stessi marchi.
AWFUL !!! Poor service, little seriousness and incompetent staff. Zero professionalism and organization. Very negative experience! I do not recommend it! What's more, with higher prices than other stores with the same brands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo negozio si trova qui da tempo immemorabile....
Non ho mai visto molte persone frequentarlo nonostante, a prima vista, la qualità ed il design dei mobili esposti sembrino accattivanti....
Io sono entrato una volta attratto da un salotto che avrebbe potuto interessarmi.
Devo dire che l'attegiamento ed il comportamento dei titolari mi ha alquanto scoraggiato.
Non ero entrato a chiedere favori.....
Sará questo il motivo della scarsa frequentazione...

È stata un'esperienza terribile: ritardi di mesi nella consegna, mobili che non arrivano o arrivano sbagliati, il personale che non si dimostra all'altezza per montarli , i titolari che non si occupano del cliente e delle sue esigenze, che non sanno nemmeno chiedere scusa per il disagio arrecato ma scaricano tutte le colpe sul fornitore, dimenticandosi che sono loro che dovrebbero controllare l'operato dei loro fornitori. Il cliente è trattato come un "pollo da spennare": deve solo pagare e stare zitto senza lamentarsi perché altrimenti infastidisce i titolari. Incredibile!!! Il cliente paga e deve pure farsi maltrattare da loro. Non ci torniamo nemmeno se ci dicono che i mobili ce li regalano!
We will never return to this shop again! It was a terrible experience: delays in delivery months, furniture that did not arrive or arrived wrong, the staff who did not prove up to the point of mounting them, the owners who did not take care of the client and his needs, who did not even know apologize for the inconvenience caused but discharge all the faults on the supplier, forgetting that they are the ones who should monitor the work of their suppliers. The customer is treated as a "chicken to pluck": he only has to pay and shut up without complaining because otherwise it annoys the owners. Incredible !!! The customer pays and must also be mistreated by them. We do not even come back if they tell us that the furniture gives us them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All'interno del centro lanza, fa parte la coop, di sgonico, personale qualificato,prezzi Nella media, occasioni, per i soci e no. Ovviamente se si è di passaggio e si capita al momento giusto massimo convenienza??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato la camera da letto: struttura del letto più comodini ed armadio con le due porte centrali a specchio. Durante il primo montaggio gli operai hanno riscontrato difficoltà ad applicare la maniglia all'anta a specchio a causa dei fori imprecisi, hanno richiesto una seconda anta ed il montaggio sembrava andato a buon fine, solo che dopo poco tempo, in corrispondenza di uno dei fori destinati all'incastro della maniglia, il vetro ha cominciato a creparsi, fino a raggiungere l'estremità orizzontale dello specchio: mi sono ritrovata dunque con una crepa orizzontale che va da parte a parte. Ho provato a contattare la persona con cui ho effettuato l'acquisto e mi è stato detto che non era presente, ma che sarei stata ricontattata. Non è mai successo, così ho scritto una lettera che ho spedito sotto forma di raccomandata, allegando le foto della crepa. La busta non è mai stata ritirata, così mi è tornata indietro dopo qualche mese ma ormai i termini della garanzia erano già scaduti.
Mi sono trovata bene con ciò che ho acquistato, però sono rimasta delusa dal trattamento ricevuto.

During the first assembly, the workers found it difficult to apply the handle to the mirror door due to the inaccurate holes, they required a second door and the assembly seemed successful, only after a short time, in correspondence with one of the holes intended for the joint of the handle, the glass began to crack, until it reached the horizontal end of the mirror: therefore I found myself with a horizontal crack that goes from side to side. I tried to contact the person with whom I made the purchase and I was told that it was not present, but that I would be contacted. It never happened, so I wrote a letter that I sent as a registered letter, attaching photos of the crack. The envelope was never collected, so it came back after a few months but the terms of the guarantee had already expired.
I got on well with what I purchased, but I was disappointed with the treatment received.
