Mi hanno rifilato, per copertura con il gel, uno smalto semipermanente, benché quando avevo preso appuntamento avessi ben specificato che cosa volevo e perché. Per non parlare di una manicure talmente oscena che da sola avrei fatto di meglio (non un'unghia uguale all''altra, pellicine letteralmente strappate via, uno scempio) Forse hanno pensato di potersene aprofittare perché ho problemi alla vista, o solo perché era la prima volta che andavo da loro e pensavano fossi una sprovveduta. In ogni caso, mi hanno ciulato 50 euro. Peccato, si sono giocate una cliente che abita vicino e che avrebbbe potuto diventare fissa. Fregare la gente paga una volta, ma alla lunga è controproducente: il pollo lo spenni una volta sola, dopo non torna. Assolutamente sconsigliato. PS: mi hanno fatto lavare le mani dopo la manicure, quindi hanno applicato il semipermanente sull'unghia umida, e si vede, sta già cominciando a stacarsi. Complimenti!!! Bad place. Parlando con loro, ho scoperto che sono un’impresa a conduzione famigliare, la mamma, la figlia e un’altra ragazza molto simpatica e precisa nel suo lavoro (quando era il momento di bere il caffè, prima ha pulito la sua postazione nails). Il locale è piccolo, ma sempre ordinato e pulito. La figlia, mentre faceva le unghie mi spiegava le caratteristiche delle mie mani, quindi è anche competente. Cosa da non sottovalutare: hanno aperto un profilo Instagram curato e anche una pagina Facebook, il che significa che le si può contattare da diverse “angolazioni” e inoltre, finalmente qualcuno che in Liguria vuole stare al passo con i tempi (sono mezza ligure, sia chiaro), disposto ad essere professionale con la clientela, cordiale e anche social! La prima volta sono dovuta andare con mio figlio perché non sapevo dove lasciarlo e sono state molto gentili e carine con entrambi. I prodotti sono molto validi, ho provato il semi-permante mani e piedi e la ceretta e in entrambi i casi mi sono trovata molto bene, da tornarci sicuramente.
