★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono delle incompetenti. Io ho portato il mio barboncino e me lo hanno letteralmente rovinato inoltre durante la toelettatura si è verificato un problema e senza dirmi niente hanno fatto di testa loro (tra l’altro maltrattandolo). Evitate di andarci.

Ho trovato tantissimi giocattoli simpatici che nemmeno sapevo che esistessero e sono stato guidato nella scelta di tutti gli accessori e cibo per il mio cane con grande competenza e cortesia.
Ma una cosa mi ha colpito piu di tutte è la proprietaria, che con grande gentilezza e professionalità mi ha dissuaso dal comprare due articoli inutili e costosi a favore di uno più economico ma di sicuro gradimento.
Quando l'amore per gli animali è più importante dell'interesse... se siete del posto o in vacanza vi consiglio di visitare questo negozio

I found lots of nice toys that I didn't even know existed and I was guided in choosing all the accessories and food for my dog with great competence and courtesy.
But one thing that struck me most of all is the owner, who with great kindness and professionalism dissuaded me from buying two useless and expensive items in favor of a cheaper but sure to like one.
When love for animals is more important than interest ... if you are a local or on vacation I recommend you visit this shop

Quando si dice Professionalità e tanta esperienza , pazienza, ASCOLTO alle esigenze ed ai bisogni del cane , sempre con attenzione e con le giuste misure, grande competenza in una procedura come la toelettatura non piacevole per il cane, lo sappiamo, ma indispensabile per alcune razze come Agata.
