★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima passeggiata nei boschi , tra il fiume e le risaie, alla scoperta delle lanche secondarie del Ticino, caratterizzate da acque incredibilmente trasparenti e tanta biodiversità. Consigliata in tutte le stagioni sia a piedi che in bicicletta. (MTB)
Beautiful walk in the woods, between the river and the rice fields, to discover the secondary Lanches of Ticino, characterized by incredibly transparent waters and a lot of biodiversity. Recommended in all seasons both on foot and by bicycle. (MTB)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato davvero che l'ente parco del Ticino, che dovrebbe proteggere i boschi naturali,(ed eventualmente espanderli laddove l'ingordigia umana nel corso dei secoli li ha spazzati via radendoli al suolo) continui ad acconsentire agli"agricoltori" di arare e piantumare pioppeti in zone riparie che, dovrebbero in teoria invece restare luoghi naturali. La parte sud del parco in provincia di Pavia rimane luogo devastato dall'agricoltura intensiva, purtroppo.
It is really a pity that the Ticino park authority, which should protect the natural woods, (and possibly expand them where human greed over the centuries has wiped them out by razing them to the ground) continues to consent to "farmers" to plow and plant poplar groves in riparian areas which, in theory, should instead remain natural places. The southern part of the park in the province of Pavia remains a place devastated by intensive agriculture, unfortunately.
