Non solo non hanno rispettato l’orario dell’appuntamento, ma non hanno nemmeno avvisato del ritardo facendomi aspettare un’ora fuori, in piedi (perché l’appartamento è in affitto), e sono incinta. Ho dovuto chiamare io per sapere che l’elettricista sarebbe arrivato dopo un’altra ora. Scarsa professionalità e mancanza di rispetto.
Very bad experience. Not only did they not meet the time of the appointment, but they did not even warn of the delay by making me wait an hour outside, standing (because the apartment is rented), and I am pregnant. I had to call to find out that the electrician would arrive after another hour. Poor professionalism and lack of respect.
