G	Giuliana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Non solo il personale ma anche il dottore (se realmente lo è) con cui si effettua la visita oculistica. Due settimane di attesa e 30€ per leggere soltanto il cartellone con le lettere. Nessuna attenzione al fondo oculare. Nessuna ricevuta. Niente di niente. A me personalmente ha dato una gradazione talmente elevata da avere continue vertigini. Mi sono recata da un nuovo medico che ha avuto tutte le attenzioni dovute e che ha confermato l’inefficienza di certi soggetti. Per il resto, consiglio di lavorare un po’ sull’onestà e sulla professionalità visto che ne non ne conoscono il significato. Vergognosi. Very bad. Not only the staff but also the doctor (if he really is) with whom the eye examination is carried out. Two weeks of waiting and € 30 to read only the billboard with the letters. No attention to the fundus. No receipt. Nothing at all. To me personally it has given a gradation so high as to have continuous vertigo. I went to a new doctor who had all the due attention and who confirmed the inefficiency of certain subjects. For the rest, I advise you to work a little on honesty and professionalism since they do not know its meaning. Shameful.

Ho riscontrato una vasta gamma di ottimi prodotti è ottimi prezzi. Sicuramente ritornerò presto perché la professionalità del signor corrado è stata davvero efficiente. Great welcome and service. l	lara ranieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non vi è tutta questa educazione e gentilezza da parte dello staff.In particolar modo Il signor Ciro, maleducato con battute spesso fuori luogo di sfondo volgare e squallide dovrebbe essere cacciato fuori perchè è disdicevole. Per il resto mi trovo molto bene da Lama Optical, certo i prezzi sono bassi e la qualità non è delle più buone, ma le lenti sono veramente OK! Il mio centro preferito resta quello di Valmontone (RM) gentili carini e disponibili. Prendete esempio There is not all this education and kindness on the part of the staff. Ovviamente se si ha la possibilità é sempre meglio fare una visita completa dall'oculista ma per chi come me ha solo la domenica libera é stato perfetto! Mi hanno visitato senza nessuna prenotazione e gli occhiali sono veramente carini ad un prezzo ragionevole! Professional and kind! I don't understand why all these negative reviews were probably for the old staff! Obviously if you have the chance it is always better to make a complete visit by the ophthalmologist but for those like me who only have free Sunday it was perfect! They visited me without any reservation and the glasses are really nice at a reasonable price!

Il dottore che si occupa delle visite oculistiche è un maleducato, una persona che fa battute di poco gusto, offende gli altri medici ed i clienti, Il dottor ( se davvero è dottore, credo sia veterinario) FRANCESCO NAPOLITANO, è un incompetente e deve andare un po’ a scuola per imparare a scrivere di nuovo perché scrive come un bambino di prima elementare. Potete pure chiudere che siete la vergogna del gruppo ottica lama. CAMBIATE LO STAFF PERCHÉ LA GENTE PREFERISCE NON VEDERE ANZICHÉ AVERE A CHE FARE CON QUESTI MISERI “UOMINI”
