★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'oculista bravissimo, ma il personale lascia proprio a desiderare. Danno assistenza alla vendita, in base a quanto si spende su montature e occhiali. Non lo consiglio assolutamente. Per me sono bocciati.
The excellent ophthalmologist, but the staff leaves something to be desired. They provide sales assistance based on how much you spend on frames and glasses. I absolutely don't recommend it. For me, they failed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. Per un paio di montature con gradazione basica aspetto da oltre dieci giorni, ovviamente con tutto pagato. E continuo a dover chiamare io per sapere a che punto sono perché altrimenti non ho notizie. Dalla serie "quando arrivano le faremo sapere" imputando come al solito il problema a "cose che non dipendono da noi". Sperando che quando arrivino io ci veda ancora. Sconsigliati, lunghi, poco professionali. Mi auguro almeno abbiano azzeccato le gradazioni perché sennò un consiglio, chiudete.
Bad. For a couple of frames with basic shades I have been waiting for over ten days, obviously with everything paid for. And I keep having to call to find out where I am because otherwise I have no news. From the series "when they arrive we will let them know" by attributing the problem as usual to "things that do not depend on us". Hoping that when they arrive I will see us again. Not recommended, long, unprofessional. I hope at least they have guessed the gradations because otherwise a tip, close.
