Sono stata al telefono 38 minuti (ed ero la 3^ in attesa) arrivata finalmente al 1^ postazione in attesa di essere collegata attendo ancora per poi avere la sorpresa che mi chiudono la comunicazione. Bad service. I was on the phone for 38 minutes (and I was the 3rd waiting) finally arrived at the 1st station waiting to be connected, I wait again and then I have the surprise that they close the communication.

Purtroppo in Italia funziona così, non si riesce ad essere gentili neanche sul posto di lavoro. Sicuramente in questo posto non tornerò più. I give a star because I can't give less. E	Elisa Pagani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da un centro medico ci si aspetta pulizia, ordine, organizzazione e professionalita': qui tutto questo non esiste; all'ingresso un ragazzo scortese e maleducato dietro un banchetto approssimativo ti allunga un numeretto che scopri poi inutile, visto che al desk non aggiornano la coda; sali all'accettazione dove una sola persona fa banco e telefono, dietro uno schermo in plastica e legno orribile autocostruito per il covid, l'ambiente e' poco accogliente e la prima cosa che vedi sono le macchinette distributori. Per fortuna non avevano disponibilita' per la visita, sono scappata a gambe levate. Mai piu'. Cleanliness, order, organization and professionalism are expected from a medical center: here all this does not exist; at the entrance a rude and rude guy behind an approximate banquet hands you a small number which you then discover useless, since the desk does not update the queue; you go up to the reception where only one person makes a desk and a telephone, behind a horrible plastic and wood screen made for the covid, the environment is unwelcoming and the first thing you see are the vending machines. Luckily they didn't have availability for the visit, I ran away. Never again'.

Non è a tunnel e se le tue dimensioni sono generose, che tu sia piazzato o robusto, puoi nn riuscire a farla!! Il personale è cortese e gentile ma la macchina di imaging della Risonanza troppo troppo vecchia!! The RMN is of very old generation, so to speak only 0.18T. It is not a tunnel and if your dimensions are generous, whether you are placed or sturdy, you can not do it !! The staff is courteous and friendly but the Imaging machine is too old !!

Ho chiamato e, dopo 18 minuti di attesa (!), mi risponde una tipa che non si è sentita neanche in dovere di chiedermi almeno scusa per l'attesa. Ho dichiarato di voler disdire l'appuntamento e lei ha accettato senza battere ciglio. Della serie: "un altro scocciatore in meno"... complimenti! Spero non venga più nessuno e che vi troviate col culetto a terra... così capite che i clienti vanno rispettati. Se trattassi così i miei clienti al lavoro sarei già stato messo alla porta, ma evidentemente il settore della salute esula da tutto in quanto comunque abbiamo bisogno di assistenza.... Bad. I	Isabella Porro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono molto propensa a scrivere recensioni negative ma questa mia esperienza vorrei porla alla vostra attenzione e a quella di chi legge. Il 25 novembre ho tentato di prenotare degli esami ematochimici tramite chat, mi hanno risposto il giorno seguente dicendo che avevano preso in carico la richiesta. Non avendo ricevuto alcuna risposta ho scritto al Lam di Vaprio, mi hanno risposto che andavano fatti a Cassano e che provvedeva o loro a contattare il centro. Dopo poco ricevo la chiamata da Cassano con l'a l'appuntamento fissato per il primo dicembre alle ore 08.22. È stata mia premura richiamare Vaprio per dire che avevo sistemato tutto con Cassano. Oggi mi reco per effettuare il prelievo e dopo mezz'ora di attesa fuori al freddo mi hanno detto che non esisteva nessuna prenotazione a mio nome e che se i prelievi erano a pagamento potevo pagare il ticket così li avrei eseguiti. Siccome erano con esenzione dovevo riprendere l'appuntamento. Per fortuna che sono in pensione altrimenti avrei perso ore lavorative. On November 25th I tried to book blood tests via chat, they replied the following day saying that they had taken care of the request. Having not received any response, I wrote to the Lam of Vaprio, they replied that they had to be done in Cassano and that they would contact the center. After a while I receive the call from Cassano with the appointment set for December 1st at 08.22 am. It was my concern to call Vaprio back to say that I had settled everything with Cassano. Today I go to make the withdrawal and after half an hour of waiting outside in the cold they told me that there was no reservation in my name and that if the withdrawals were paid I could pay the ticket so I would have done them. Since they were exempt, I had to resume the appointment. Fortunately I am retired otherwise I would have lost working hours.

Ecografia addome con un altra dottoressa estremamente scortese e molto molto superficiale. Sala visite sporche. Zero professionalità. Bad. Gynecological examination with a truly incompetent Doctor. Abdomen ultrasound with another extremely rude and very very superficial doctor. Dirty visiting room. Zero professionalism.
